The New Baltimore DDA and Ride the Wave Committee will be entering a joint venture for our 5th, annual Scarecrow Contest. Any individual, group or business can enter the contest for an entry fee of $10.00 per entry. The Scarecrows will be displayed along Washington & Green affixed to the lamp posts.
